May half-term fun at Hinton Ampner

Child on a trail in the sunshine

Pick up our May half-term trail and learn all about the bees that buzz around the garden. With early summer almost here, solve the clues and answer the puzzles as you explore the grounds.

With the flowerbeds blooming and plenty of space to play in the parkland, spot, listen and draw as you follow the trail. Discover how bees help our gardens and countryside, as well as how we can help to protect our stripy friends. All the family can get involved! Pick up your trail from Visitor Reception and seek out the clues marked on your map.

The trail takes you out through the gardens and into our parkland so wear shoes you don't mind getting muddy.

Our trail runs from Saturday 25 May to Sunday 2 June, 10am - 4pm, and has a suggested £1 donation per trail.

Our trails are aimed at everyone and encourage families to work together as a team to solve the clues. Younger children may need some extra help from adults.

While you're here, why not pick up one of our estate walk maps and explore our estate. There are plenty of the '50 things' you can tick off as you go.
