Easter egg hunts at Killerton
Join us for an Easter adventure in nature at Killerton. Discover our family-friendly trail with fun activities for you to do along the way. Complete the trail and earn your chocolate reward at the end. We know how much joy our Easter egg trails bring to our visitors each year and we hope this year will be the same. However, we ask that you support your local property and tickets must be booked in advance.
Easter adventures in nature
30 March to 19 April (whilst stocks last, please see our website and social media for availability), 10am-4pm (last entry at 3pm)
Adventure packs cost £3 each and are available from reception. Normal addmission charges apply.
Pick up a trail pack containing your Killerton map and pencil, then follow the trail around the pushchair friendly chapel path for an Easter adventure in nature. Be inspired at each station to take a closer look at the sights and sounds of spring. Each pack has a reward at the end of a chocolate egg (an alternative, allergen free reward is available on request).
Assistance dogs only for the chapel grounds trail.
For our visitors that would like to go the 'eggstra mile' we also have a dog friendly route that takes in the parkland views. It's perfect for those who would like to walk a little further and don't mind a few hills, or have furry friends in tow. The trail does include hills and uneven paths that can get quite muddy at times, so it's unsuitable for pushchairs. It's not a gentle stroll so we recommend wearing wellies.
Before visiting, please check local and national government guidance on travelling.
Book your visit
You don’t need to book your Easter trails, but you will need to book your Easter visit. To manage visitor numbers so that social distancing can be ensured for the safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors, the pre-booking system still applies. Booking will provide access to the property, not the Easter adventures in nature trail, which can be purchased on the day.
Tickets are released every Friday, so you won't be able to book your Easter visit until Friday 26 March. Book your visit >
