Take a moment to enjoy nature on a mindfulness walk

Breathe Outdoors’ aim is to create a calming space for you in nature. Whether it is in the woods or on the water we will find an environment for you to take a moment and breathe. This time we have teamed up with the National Trust to provide several workshops which are both relaxing and informative and a great way to begin your mindfulness journey. All you need is clothing to suit the weather conditions and an open mind.

Wednesday 29 - Friday 31 May, 10 - 11am at Ashclyst Forest.

Please dress for the outdoors with appropriate footwear and a coat if necessary.
