Plas Newydd Christmas Fair (2016)
Our famous food and craft fair is back, bigger and better than ever. This year the event has been extended over 4 days to help you make the most of this annual tradition.
Between the 2 and 5 December, Plas Newydd will once again be filling its famous rooms full of craft and food stalls from local producers. The fair's reputation has built over the past few years as have the numbers of visitor - and this year is all set to be no exception.
Last year (2015) we welcomed in excess of 4000 visitors over the two day Christmas Fair weekend, despite the terrible weather thrown at us from all angles by storm Henry.
This year the Fair has been extended to four days, giving even more people the chance to experience some unique Christmas shopping in an incredible setting, as well as lessening the impact on the house and its collection.
" It wouldn't be Christmas without the Plas Newydd fair. It's become a tradition in our family as a way to kick off the festive period."
As well as local produce and crafts, visitors can also experience the magic of this historical family residence at Christmas and explore the gardens with spectacular views across the Menai Strait to snow capped Snowdonia.*
