Self led group visits
If you're part of a group of 15 or more and are happy to explore Arlington yourselves, you can qualify for the group admission rate. This year's group admission rate is £12.80 for adults and £6.00 for children. Any National Trust members in your group can receive free entry when they show a valid membership card.
Our welcome team wil greet your group in reception and provide you with maps and what additional activities are happening that day. Sorry, we are unable to offer a coach greeting.
We have limited coach parking spaces in the main car park and it's essential that you book your party in. Coach drivers get free entry and a refreshment voucher for the tea room.
A wheelchair is available to borrow from the reception, on a first come, first served basis. We also have a tramper which is available to hire through the Countryside Mobility Southwest scheme. The tramper needs to be pre-booked and the user must be accompanied and be a member of Countryside Mobility Southwest (you can join the sheme at the property for £2.50 for a two week taster or £10 for the year). The ground floor of the house is wheelchair accessible, with a virtual tour of the first floor. In the carriage museum all areas, except the exhibition gallery are accessible. A volunteer-driven buggy goes from the house to the carriage museum, due to building works on the new visitor reception/shop please ask about pick up points at the temporary reception. The drivers do their best to cover every day we're open, but the buggy may be unavailable on some days.
