'Twinkle, Twinkle Little Star' spiced chocolate biscuits
One of our best sellers in the cafe this December and a perfect accompaniment to a hot drink after a chilly walk around the garden.
Cakes and bakes
- 285g plain flour
- 110g cocoa powder
- 17g mixed spice
- 190g dark brown sugar
- 110g stork margarine
- 300g white chocolate
- silver shimmer spray
- silver edible pearls
- Mix together all the ingredients until a stiff dough is formed.
- Roll out and cut into star shapes. Bake at 180C for 10-15 minutes.
- Allow to cool.
- Gently melt the white chocolate and dip the biscuits or drizzle on, decorate with silver balls and once set, lightly spray with silver shimmer.
