Easter egg hunts at Bodnant Garden

Daffodils in the Old Park at Bodnant Garden

All around us nature is coming to life with colourful spring displays. Join us for an Easter adventure in nature at Bodnant Garden. Enjoy our family-friendly spring trail with fun outdoor activities - and a little chocolate treat.

We know how much joy Easter egg trails bring to our visitors each year and we hope this year will be the same. Please support your local property and book your garden entry tickets in advance.

Easter adventures in nature

Enjoy our trail daily over Easter Bank Holiday weekend from April 2-5 (Friday to Monday). Here’s how it works: You buy your Easter Egg Hunt pack from our Welcome Centre when you arrive. The activity pack costs £3 per child and includes a goody bag with a trail sheet, pencil and chocolate egg.

There are ten nature-inspired trail points for you to find. Look our for clues around the garden and use your activity sheet to record your adventure. Take as long as you need, have fun... and enjoy your chocolate Easter treat.

Book your visit

You don't book your Easter trails, but you will need to book your garden visit. To manage visitor numbers so that social distancing can be ensured for the safety of our staff, volunteers and visitors, the pre-booking system still applies. Booking will provide access to the property, not the Easter adventures in nature trail, which is bought on the day.

Garden entry tickets are released every Friday and you can do that here on our booking page. Before visiting, always check local and national government guidance on travelling.

Thank you for your support. By taking part in Easter adventures in nature, you’re making a difference to the places you love. If you’d like to keep showing your support, you can join, donate or volunteer with the National Trust, and help people and nature thrive.
