7.8.2021 - WE ARE REVIEWING THE NEW WELSH GOVERNMENT GUIDANCE ABOUT TEST TRACE AND PROTECT IN OUR TEAROOM AND WILL UPDATE YOU HERE SOON.

That morning coffee, afternoon tea or lunch stop is such an important part of any visit to Bodnant Garden. You can enjoy indoor and outdoor seating areas at the Pavilion tearoom and takeaway refreshments from the kiosk in The Dell.

In line with Welsh Government Regulations, if you’re using our indoor or outdoor seating, we’ll ask you to scan your membership card or, if you’re not a member, to leave brief contact details for the Test, Trace and Protect programme (all adults over 18). We’ll also ask you to provide verification of your name.

Here’s how it works:

  • TAKE YOUR SEAT: Please note that pre-booking tables is not available.
  • ORDER INSIDE: Order your food at the counter in the tearoom. To ensure social distancing, follow the one-way system in place to give your order to one of our team at the counter.
  • PICK A LEADER: We ask that one person from your party queue at the counter with the order. Bring all NT membership cards to be scanned. If your group includes paying customers we will give you a table number and one of our team will go outside to take the details.
  • YOUR DETAILS: If there are up to 6 people in a group from different households, all NT members, we need to scan all NT membership cards. If your group includes a paying customer we need to also take down Test and Trace details for the paying customer.

A menu of hot and cold light bites, cakes and bakes, and drinks to takeaway is also being served from the Dell kiosk daily. The Magnolia tearoom near the garden centre is currently closed.

We look forward to welcoming you back and know that you’ll support us to make this a safe experience for everyone. Thank you for helping us to stay open safely, we look forward to seeing you soon.
