Family fun this spring at Croome

Spring has arrived at Croome and there's so much to keep the whole family entertained.

Spring into Action - Family Trail

You will need to use all your senses and energy to discover nature’s wonder around Croome as you ‘Spring into action’.

Enjoy some family fun getting out and about in the parkland following clues on our outdoor trail.  Solve the clues and collect your prize at the end.  The trail runs from Saturday 6 April to Sunday 28 April, 10am-4pm, £2 per trail including a prize. 

Normal admission applies.

Face Painting

Sat 6 to Thu 18 April and Tue 23 to Sun 28 April - 10am to 4pm.  

Fancy a different face today? Then pop along and meet Happy Faces who will create a wonderful new look for you.  Choose a design from the board to meet the seasons and holidays throughout the year.

£4 per person payable in cash to Happy Faces, normal admission applies

Make an Easter basket

Saturday 6 to Sunday 28 April, 11am-3.30pm - 50p each

Families can tuck themselves away in the activity room of the house and make a paper Easter basket to take home with them - don't forget to colour it in.

Natural play area

Have you discovered the natural play area? Children can test their balance on tree trunks, build dens, sit on the wooden throne and scramble over logs amongst the trees - it's also the perfect place to sit at one of the many picnic benches scattered around.

RAF themed playground

Children can let their imagination run wild in the RAF themed playground with a control tower, scramble net, bunker, jeep, slides and swings.

Bird hide

Watch the birds feasting at the feeders and see if you can spot a cheeky squirrel - pick up a free bird spotter sheet from the Visitor Centre on the way.

The Visitor Centre is a great place to pick up your free 50 Things scrapbook and free spotter sheets.

Hidden house

See the giant model in the basement of the house - take it apart and see if you can rebuild it.
