Join our friendly run leaders for a ten week training programme to get you to your 10K target

Our trained run leaders will take you step-by-step through the National Trust run training programme designed by England Athletics.  Fall in love with running and the beauty of the Godolphin estate with a relaxed, friendly group of runners. 

By joining Train-in-10 you will have a training session every Sunday at 9.15am for nine weeks and then support to take part in the Godolphin Trust10 event on the tenth week at 9am. You will be given a training plan to complete between sessions and lots of encouragement by your run leader.

The training sessions focus on enjoying running and helping you reach your personal running goals. 

The ten week programme takes place two to three times a year.  Booking is essential and the programme fee includes a Trust10 technical t-shirt
