Lots of spooky fun to be had at Godolphin this half term, put on your best halloween costume and join us for some Halloween happenings!
Professional storyteller Mark Harandon will be at Godolphin this Hallowe'en on Sunday 21, Tuesday 23, Thursday 25 and Sunday 28 October, telling spine-tingling spooky tales to intrigue children and adults alike. Meeting in the undercroft - venture in if you dare!
Shrunken apple head halloween trail
The hallowe’en trail running from Saturday 20 to Wednesday 31 October. Complete the trail by find all the shrunken apple heads in the garden and grounds, learning how Cider would have been made by the farmers at Godolphin. Visit the Cider House to have a go at some crafts and colouring in.
On Monday 22 and Wednesday 24 October visit the Cider House and have a go at pressing some apples picked from the apple trees at Godolphin. You can also have a taste of the sweet juice you've made with your own hands!
Make the most of your visit
There’s plenty more to explore at Godolphin, make the most of the autumn sunshine and go for a walk on the wider estate; take in the breath-taking views at the top of Godolphin Hill or take a walk barefoot before the barefoot trail closes at the end of the October half term. The Piggery tearoom serves a selection of homemade cakes and hot drinks, the perfect place to warm up and indulge!
