The sights and sounds of spring

Cadbury Easter Egg Hunt through daffodils

Spring is finally here with longer, warmer days, discoveries to be made, and the possibilities of new adventures!

Discover a brand new exhibition in the House this year, showcasing the impact and legacy of Theodora, the 4th Marchioness of Bristol.

During the holidays we have lots to keep you and the kids entertained, from Easter egg hunts in our Albana walk, to the return of the 95th Rifles regiment with the Battle of Waterloo on 28 & 29 April - please note the date change from 7 & 8 April.

Nothing signifies spring more than seeing bright new flowers and beautiful blooming gardens. Our gardens at Ickworth are filled with daffodils and tulips, as everything starts to emerge ready for the new season!

This year, explore our new Spring Trail and discover the nature that surrounds the estate, and how the women of Ickworth have shaped the great outdoors. Pick up a spring trail map from Porters Lodge and start your own adventure!

Look out for the spring lambs starting to bounce onto the estate. At Ickworth we have over 1000 lambs every year and the parkland is the perfect opportunity for them to frolic and grow.
