Imagine arriving to work every day with a breathtaking view that never gets tired or taking your lunch in a tranquil garden. Jobs at Stowe offer rewarding career development, a positive team attitude and an office like no other in 250 acres of Europe's finest landscape gardens.

At Stowe we strive to give the best visitor experience whilst growing our visitor numbers to help us raise vital funds to restore the gardens. Each individual job has a direct impact on our charitable cause from selling scones in the cafe to maintaining the garden. With big ambitions to develop, we're growing our team.

Stowe and the Aylesbury Vale Portfolio

Some of our roles involve cross-property working which provides you with experience of a breadth of historial eras and property styles, from a Medieval tower to a grand Georgian house. You'll help us achieve our plan as part of a larger group.

Planning and developing programming, events and interpretation, you’ll have ultimate responsibility for the day to day visitor experience. You’ll continually work towards improving the experience so people connect emotionally to our places and what we stand for.

Working collaboratively across the portfolio, you'll deliver programming and to promote the work of the properties through conventional and digital media. You’ll also provide leadership within the team of staff and volunteers to ensure a culture of exceptional service is championed, where each visitor experience is of a consistent quality and warm welcome.
