Our plant centre offers a wide range of colourful plants and shrubs to take home with you. Not to mention plenty of stylish accessories, from garden furniture to planting tools. You'll find the Plant Shop in the Farmyard, next to the Bookshop and Courtyard Café. Why not treat yourself to something pretty or stock up on your garden essentials on your next visit?

Second-hand bookshop

Open daily | 10am - 5pm

Run by volunteers who are always willing to help and advise, you'll find all sorts of treasures on the shelves in our second-hand bookshop.  With a beautiful collection of rare books right through to modern day fiction, and everything else in between, you'll be browsing for hours.

Stamp shop

Open Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday & Sunday | 11am - 4pm

Come and see our incredible collection of stamps from across the world, and help us raise money for our walled garden restoration project.  Whether you're a seasoned collector or you're just starting a collection, from pennies to pounds, there's thousands to choose from.

The Loft gallery

Take the stairs between the shop and the restaurant and find some wonderful collections of local arts and crafts. Exhibitions change throughout the year, so there's always something new to see, from handmade cards and gifts, to textiles, sculpture and paintings. Why not have a browse on your next visit?
