A summer of sport at Hardwick
Come out and play in Hardwick's North Orchard where every day throughout the school holidays all kinds of sporting activities will be taking place.
Come rain or shine, from 11am to 4pm every day between 25 July and 2 September there will be sports and games to take part in along with taster sessions and live demonstrations.
All ages are welcome and all activities are free but you will need to pay for gardens admission.
Come along and challenge friends and family to a game of cricket or a tennis tournament. Other every day activities include football, badminton, rounders, and garden games such giant jenga.
Throughout the summer we will be joined by local sports clubs who will be making special appearances, bringing tasters and demos of different sports such as archery. Come along and see what you might discover. Perhaps it could be a new hobby or may be you're the next rugby hero, tennis champion or gymnastics legend in the making?
There's the chance to earn yourself a summer of sports sticker or treat yourselves to a medal and get some great photos on our podium.
