Train in 10

Train in 10 is for adults new to running or returning after a break who fancy taking on our Trust10 trail run.

Supported by a run leader, you’ll take part in a 10-week structured training plan with weekly sessions on a Sunday morning.

It’s suitable for anyone aged 18 or over who is able to walk briskly for 30 minutes with brief periods of running included.

The aim is to complete the Trust10 run on Sunday 25 November while enjoying all the benefits of getting active in the great outdoors.

Completing the course entitles you to a T-shirt and a discount in the National Trust shop.

Train in 10 costs £50 per person with all profits going back into the work of the National Trust.

For more information, see What's On or call 0344 249 1895 to book.

You can also email James Mcwilliam or call 01929 450500 to find out more.

Trust10 is a free monthly trail run across selected National Trust sites, open to everyone.

In Studland, it follows a challenging but beautiful route taking in Studland Beach, Ballard Down and part of the South West Coast Path.

It takes place on the fourth Sunday of every month, except July and August.

The waymarked route is also available to download and follow at any time.
