Easter adventures at Blickling Estate

Join us from Saturday 6 - Monday 22 April for family fun across the estate. Take part in an Easter nature adventure around the colourful, springtime garden and enjoy a delicious Cadbury treat...

Discover Blickling's butterflies

Not only are moths and butterflies beautiful creatures, but they are also important indicators of how well we are looking after natural habitats, as well as the effect of climate change on the wider environment.

This Easter we’re inviting budding nature explorers to help us discover the number of moths and butterflies found on the estate. From Saturday 6 - Monday 22 April find out about these fascinating species during spring awakening and receive a delicious Cadbury chocolate treat, upon completion of the trail.

Prices

We have a special garden entry ticket for non-members of £11.50* per adult with children and National Trust members free. The trail price of £2.50 will apply to all who take up the challenge and each completed trail receives a Cadbury chocolate treat.

*As a charity, Gift Aid allows us to reclaim tax on a donation made by a UK taxpayer. Special adult garden entry only available from 6 - 22 April 2019.

Mischievous moths

Some mischievous moths have made their way into the house. They have been found in the strangest of places, but particularly like munching on wool, silk and other textiles in Blickling’s collection. Can you spot all ten as you explore the house?

*Normal admission applies for the house, under 5's and National Trust members are free. Please see our full list of admission prices on our homepage - family tickets are available.

Sow and grow

Join us in the walled kitchen garden every day of the week and have fun watering flowers, pushing little wheelbarrows and planting seeds in pots. You can even take your pot home and enjoy watching it grow.
