To avoid disappointment please book in advance, especially at busier times such as weekends and bank holidays. If you do not book, we cannot guarantee admission. Please follow Government guidance on travel. Your time slot is your car park arrival time. Take a look at our handy guide on what you need to know to help plan your day.

Have your tickets ready

If you have pre-booked, you won't need to pay for parking. Please have your tickets ready to show staff alongside your membership card (if you're a NT member). For those arriving without a ticket, please pay for your parking at the machine or scan your membership card, then head to the Estate Barn to purchase tickets.

Arrive in your car park time slot

Your time slot is for the car park, please make a note of your half hour arrival slot and turn up on time. If you’re more than 15 minutes late for your arrival slot then entry will be at the discretion of the property team. If you arrive early, we may ask you to come back later. Bear with us...

Please be aware that things are changing all the time, so there may be eating and shopping areas that are temporarily closed while we move areas around to make the estate safe.

Staying safe

We've reduced the number of people we can welcome to ensure the safety of our visitors, staff, volunteers and local communities. To help keep everyone safe, please follow social distancing and government guidance when you visit. Look out for signs while you're here which will explain any changes to how you can access different parts of the site.

Your booked ticket includes entry to the house (when open), however we’re unable to guarantee your entry as numbers are currently limited.

If you're showing any of the symptoms of coronavirus, or if you've been in contact with anyone that has the virus in the last 14 days, please don't visit.

In line with government guidance, you're required to wear a face covering in all enclosed spaces, unless exempt. Please bring one with you.
