Celebrate the festive season with Clemmie as the ground floor of the house opens its doors to showcase Churchill festive finery. Bring the whole family along to enjoy our Big Circus themed trail, or just enjoy the frosty scene with a wintry walk across the estate.

Celebrate a unique Christmas at Chartwell this yuletide season. It's 1947 and Winston is off painting in Marrakech, leaving his wife Clementine home in Kent with her daughter Mary. Discover festive origami, Christmas trees made entirely from books and see two rooms open for the very first time. The ground floor only is open on selected weekends in December, 11am-3pm. Timed tickets are available from the Visitor Centre on arrival.
