Our delicious, seasonal menu includes a variety of dishes made from fresh, locally sourced produce.
We regularly change our range of scrumptious chef's specials. In our restaurant you will find everything from hot meals to sweet treats, all made lovingly with locally sourced, seasonal produce.
Honey roasted pork
Sticky honey, slow roasted pork belly steaks served with a noodle and vegetable stir fry.
Mushroom and onion suet pudding
Mouth-watering suet pudding in gravy. Served with new potatoes, cabbage and salad leaves.
Cauliflower fritter (v)
Moreish, handmade cauliflower fritter served with pickled carrot and salad.
Pulled pork bap
Delicious, creamy pulled pork served on a bed of salad leaves inside a brioche bun.
Potato and leek salad (v)
Freshly prepared potato and leek, coated in an almond sour cream dressing. Served with salad leaves.
Cheese and onion spread sandwich (v)
Our scrumptious onion spread is the perfect accompaniment to a cheese sandwich. Served with salad leaves on brown or white bread.
Lemon and lavender cake (v)
A light, moist lemon spounge cake with a fragrent hint of lavender. Enjoy with a pot of Earl Grey tea to bring out these delicate flavours.
Coconut oat cookie (v)
The perfect springtime twist on a traditional favourite. Hints of coconut accent this delicious, golden oat biscuit.
Our helpful catering team are always happy to accommodate for your dietary requirements, so please just ask for assistance at the counter. We recommend our tempting chocolate brownies as both a gluten free and dairy free alternative.
We love to share our culinary ideas with our visitors and you can now collect recipe cards at the counter. These describe some of our fantastic Blickling dishes for you to try at home. Recipe cards are a 50p suggested donation and help to fund our vital conservation work across the estate.
