Unlocking Blickling’s Archive

Following a successful year of activities in 2018, the Unlocking the Archive team from UEA, will be back, offering a variety of opportunities to get up close to the books and find out more about our nationally important collection.

Unlocking the Archive (UTA) is a project led by academics in the School of Literature, Drama, and Creative Writing at the University of East Anglia, working in partnership with the Norfolk Heritage Centre and Blickling Estate, and in collaboration with Darren Leader Studio.

The UTA project aims to increase public awareness and appreciation of Renaissance books. They will be running a variety of workshops over the summer months, giving plenty of opportunities to get up close to the collection.
